thoughts and ideas

Now that school started it's going to be tough to continue drawing on a regular basis since I'm pursuing nursing...I know! But I need some job security. Im not abandoning art. I am art. It's in me and I don't need a degree to let people know that. I definately want to tattoo in the future and sculpt and paint/draw/design art for shirts. It all interests me but I'm gonna follow my gut feeling and have a stable foundation. That's why I'm going for my nursing degree. My university is giving me free money and I'm gonna use that money to my advantage and acquire a trade I don't naturally have. I don't need to go to school for art. That's dumb, inspiration is in your soul. It's in your good taste and that's something school can't teach you. With that said Im still gonna take painting and drawing the spring of 2012 since I'm going to be done with my nursing prerequisites and will have to wait till fall of 2012 to get into the program. Maybe i SHOULD double major in studio art and nursing! Nah I want to attend the UT school of art after I graduate and work part time as an rn. How sweeeeeet.

Omg I'm so sorry blogger ive been ignoring u for far too long I have lots of new art to show you although I doubt I have any devoted viewers. Either way I like uploading my art unto here but I haven't got any Internet at home yet I've been living off my phone. It wont be too long before u see a new piece of mine. till then! :*
